I believe the idea of developing a bond of cooperation among people, but personally, I hate working in groups. Especially when you know that there are certain people who don't really care about the tasks given. Besides, individual differences make me uncomfortable in working with some people. I prefer someone who's very particular about their life, because it shows that the person have a sense of responsibility
While I'm getting worried about the flood of assignments coming in my way, I have a responsibility to change myself and my perspective about people. Seeing a person in a negative way is very immature and illogical because there is something that we call as individual differences. Everyone is different, you know. According to Howard Gardner (1988), people can be divided into 8 types of intelligences and these people show very passionate attitude towards their own intelligences. Some people are even multiple intelligent.
We all are humans, but the only thing that can change a person's life is commitment, not intelligent. Why? Because not everyone can have the same level of IQ and EQ, but we can all change our attitude and give commitment to important thing in life. Life is not easy, but if we view deeper into the daily process of human' life and of our own, we can see the surroundings in a positive attitude and even differentiate the good and the bad easily. Commitment leads to maturity in an effective way.
Besides, there's no way all of us can be Einstein, but we can make the most genius version of ourselves. :)
